The Manhattan 1012 is a mid-sized spa enclosure in our traditional Manhattan Collection. Spa gazebos in the Manhattan Collection have a 7 feet high wall with a traditional 4 feet window to 3 feet skirt ratio.

The Manhattan 1012 includes a cedar roof, lexan rounded corners, a very large 52" x 76" sky dome, 6 sliding bronze acrylic windows and one entrance. The entrance consists of 2 sliding doors. Additional options are available for a fee including black acrylic, a screen kit, a bar/stool kit, and a metalwood roof. The metalwood roof is made of shake profiled steel (either Taupe Brown or Garden Green baked on enamel) lined with vapour barrier and mahogany plywood.

Like all Alliance Woodcraft spa enclosures, the Manhattan 1012 has hidden tracks and rollers and is pre-stained with a high quality semi transparent stain. The interior dimensions are 116.5" x 140.5" and the exterior dimensions are 123.5" x 147.5".
