The Manhattan 1216 is the largest spa enclosure in our traditional Manhattan Collection. Spa enclosures in the Manhattan Collection have a 7 feet high wall with a traditional 4 feet window to 3 feet skirt ratio.

There is plenty of room to place a table, chairs, plants, a television or other accessories around an 8 foot square spa. The Manhattan 1216 includes a cedar roof, lexan rounded corners, a 28"x 76" sky dome, 8 sliding bronze acrylic windows and one entrance. The entrance consists of 2 sliding doors.
Additional options are available for a fee including black acrylic, a screen kit, a bar/stool kit, and a metalwood roof. The metalwood roof is made of shake profiled steel (either Taupe Brown or Garden Green baked on enamel) lined with vapour barrier and mahogany plywood.

Like all Alliance Woodcraft hot tub enclosures, the Manhattan 1216 is pre-stained with a high quality semi transparent stain. The interior dimensions are 137.5" x 185.5" and the exterior dimensions are 144.5" x 192.5".
